Cameron Mortice has always taken the path of least resistance, which usually means he does nothing.
Predictably, when he, his girlfriend and her friends get dragged into a full-scale vampire invasion he just goes with the flow and gets killed too.
Then things go from bad to worse for him.
With an age-old vampire hunter, supposedly, helping them through it all, the youths have set their priorities to destroy the vampire menace and survive to see another day.
Q: How can you fight against an army of super-strength, immortal beings with no morals and no compunction about ripping your head off and sucking on the open wound?
A: High calibre, automatic weapons.
Well, if you think about it, a bullet is just a very small metal stake.
Blood Lust is a high energy, situation-comedy that takes every cliché in the vampire chronicles and gives it new life to produce a tongue-in-cheek, schlock horror, action adventure that puts the 'inane' back into 'canine'.
Cameron and Gillian are an odd boyfriend and girlfriend - he's a vampire and she's a reanimated corpse - and ever since they became living-dead, trouble has followed them around like a bad smell.
A good-intentioned trip to see his father coincides with a Satanist serial killer's plan to control the primal force of Death. This, in turn, causes the dead to rise and go on a human flesh-devouring rampage across the city and Cameron is forced to use his powers to save himself, Gillian, his family and ultimately the World.
Again.
The Carrion is a comedy, schlock horror, gore-fest fusing multiple horror myths and popular cultural references to produce a self-parodying, action-adventure that would appeal to horror readers who don't mind their classics getting a wry remix and puts the 'mediocre' back into 'zombie cadaver'.
There's more bad news for Cameron Mortice: not only has he died, his mother died, his girlfriend died twice and his father's soul been cast into Hell, but now Hell is invading Earth, which has jump-started the end of everything.

With the Heavens descending and Hell rising, it's up to Cameron and co to save the World again.

As The Book of Revelation is enacted topside, revelations are disclosed below. Not only are conspirators exposed but Cameron discovers a lot more about himself than he is comfortable with.
Revelations mixes horror myths with situation comedy, self-deprecating humour and hard-boiled action that puts the 'God Damn!' back into 'Armageddon'.
What’s an age old vampire hunter to do when there are no more vampires left to hunt? What’s an eternal student supposed to do when her university has been destroyed? What can a father and daughter do to strengthen a relationship after fifty years apart that wasn’t particularly strong in the first place?
There will always be Paris.
As is the way with most spuriously contrived narratives, this particular father-daughter team of undead vanquishers arrive to bathe in their nostalgia at the same time as a great mystery unfolds before the local gendarmerie. Bizarrely ridiculous suicides crop up in completely disassociated places, followed by a wake of proficient assassinations that all lead to Notre Dame, a famous Italian’s painting of some do-gooder’s final meal and clues to a code.
Secret sects, religious conspiracies and a vengeful spirit will reunite this parent and child even if it‘s in their death.
L’Hunch Est Dos spins off from the Blood Lust series but remains true to the tried and tested style of frenetic action, gratuitous violence and self-disparaging humour. All wrapped up in an eclectic array of cultural, literary and cinematic references that puts the ‘trite’ back into ‘poltergeist’.
Daniel Knight stared into the eyes of a dying vampire, thereby altering his humanity at a genetic level. He gained amazing abilities, spectacular
attributes, (some might even say) super powers. Now, he can 'see things differently’.
Fortuitously, ironically or perhaps conveniently coincidentally, he runs into a real-life team of metahumans - people who have been blessed with enhanced talents and a do-gooder attitude to make
the world a safe place. He wants in.
Whereas his gift might be a bit limiting, he knows someone with super skills who's bound to be accepted. He is a vampire but we're all living in a non-discriminatory society, right?
As soon as Cameron Mortice enters the fold, heroes start getting killed and a race begins. Do the newbies have the detective skills to track the murderer before his (or her) attention inevitably focuses on them?
Being Supreme is a crossover battle of epic proportions. That familiar world of altruism, righteousness and tight-fitting costumes bonds with the Blood Lust parallel universe of gratuitous violence, awkward sex and unnecessary swearing to produce a mutant of a novel that puts the 'rimose prose' back into 'superhero comics’.
COMING SOON!
The legend states that in England's darkest hour the bell will ring and he will awaken. The bell had been ringing for over twenty years now; the legend never stated what a heavy sleeper he was...

Just as full-time vampire and part-time superhero, Cameron Mortice, tries to grow up and reconnect with the real world, the city around him becomes embroiled in violence and the resurrection of a legendary king.

Verily, it doth put the ‘churlish’ back into ‘chivalrous oath’.
